children to understand and practice sustainable eating.

sustainable eating habits that positively impact individuals,
animals, and the Earth's environment. -
Sustainable Eating Education for Parents & Teachers

Children’s health begins with the healthy eating habits of adults.
We provide sustainable eating education for parents,
teachers and university students who will become future educators.
Through the principles and practices of sustainable eating,
we introduce eating habits that support both personal health and the health of the planet.
Healthy eating habits that begin with leaders in homes and
schools create positive change for children and for society as a whole, shaping a healthier next generation. -
Sustainable Eating Education for Seniors

The quality of life is just as important as the length of life.
In response to the aging society, we offer education aimed
at improving the healthy lifespan of seniors by promoting
lifestyle changes across 'diet, exercise, and sleep'.
Beyond lifestyle improvements, we support seniors in leading
a vibrant life through physical activities, personalized nutrition
counseling, and the provision of health supplements.
Healthy Eating Education for Seniors began in the rural
villages of Eumseong, where Pulmuone's factory is located,
and is gradually expanding to urban areas. -

Global Healthy Eating Education

Korea's Healthy Eating Steps Forward to the Global Community.
To address the severe nutrition issues in Afghanistan,
we are promoting the 'Soybean Food Culture Development
Project,' which focuses on distributing plant-based high-protein foods like tofu.
This initiative aims to help Afghan children suffering
from severe malnutrition by introducing Korea's soybean food culture.
The Pulmuone Foundation plans to establish tofu factories
that can be operated by local residents and develop
tofu recipes tailored to local tastes, spreading a healthy
soybean food culture across Afghanistan.
